Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a wide range of home cleaning services including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning & small office space cleaning. 

The cost of our services depends on the type of cleaning service you require, the size of your home, and the frequency of cleaning. Please contact us for a free estimate.

You do not need to pay your cleaner directly. All invoices are sent within 24 hours after your cleaning is complete. We accept e transfer & card. 

We strive to offer the most consistent cleanings possible for our regular clients & do our best to send the same cleaner every visit. However, there are instances where a substitute may be required which you will be notified of prior to your cleaning!

We do not require that our customers are home during the cleaning. If you are away please give us any necessary information for the cleaner to enter & leave your home. 

Yes, we supply all of the products necessary to get the job done! However, we do encourage our customers to supply a vacuum. If you have specific products you would prefer we use just let us know and we'd be happy to accommodate!

We ask our customers to provide a vacuum for the cleaning to encourage more sanitary practices and less cross-contamination between homes. If you don't have one or prefer we use ours, don't worry! we always have a backup on hand for use.
